Nano-silver Powder

Designed for cost-efficient performance and high-volume applications, the Nano Silver 7000-95 powder suits radio frequency identification (RFID), flexible displays, and printed flexible circuits. Average particle size equals 60 nm; surface area is about 10 m2/gm. Particle synthesis, controlled through chemical precipitation, allows the company to tailor the material’s surface chemistry to specific printing or dispense systems. This method of production controls morphology, internal structure, surface chemistry, and impurities.
