WASHINGTON, April 26 -- Micron Technology Inc. (MU), Boise, Idaho, has filed a Form 4 with the Securities and Exchange Commission noting the change in the beneficial interest held by VP for Mobile Business Unit Michael J. Rayfield, Boise.
On April 22 the action involved disposition of 15,000 common stocks. Rayfield now owns 215,851 common stocks directly.
